General Technical Information: He3/He4 circulated dilution refrigerator with 1K POT. Can be used in LHe storage dewars with neck size down to 2 inch. Manually operated. Continuous circulation mode and single cycle mode.
Desrcription of Use: Used to cool down samples for electrical measurements in low temperatures down to 50mK.
Key Features and Accessories: Quick and easy cooldown procedure. Cooldown time from room temperature to 4K less than 2 hours. From 4K down to ~100mK approx. 2 hours. Measurement rooms equipped with gas and vacuum handling panels, pumps and gas supply. Custom sample stages. Can be connected to any electrical measurement setup.
Key Specifications: Continuous circulation mode and single cycle mode. Each refrigerator quipped with custom wiring. Plastic dilution unit. Normal working temperature at the sample stage 200mK-50mK. Temperature monitoring by CBT or calibrated Cernox.
