2006-2008

Self made surface plasmon resonance sensor based on prism coupling.

Sensing of biological binding reactions, concentration and thickness measurements, etc.

Sensing as a function of incident angle or as a function of time in fixed angle from both dry and wet samples. Labview controlled. Basically everything can be modified.

Laser wavelength: 650 nm
Laser power: 5 mW Incident angle range: 15-75 deg
Min flow speed: 53 µl/min
Sample loops: 500 µl, 1 ml and 2 ml, also partial filling possible
Flow cell volume: ~40 µl, custom sizes can be made easily
Injection valve: Rheodyne 9725i
Lock-in amplifier: Signal Recovery 7265 Dual Phase DSP
