JEM 2100F transmission electron microscope (TEM) is suitable for examining ultra thin (about 50 nm) tissue sections or very small particle like objects (e.g. viruses) with high resolution (less than 0.2 nm). The system is equiped with energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) for elemental analysis.

Various imaging modes are available; such as TEM, STEM, tomography, spectral imaging
